She grew up in The Grove, and she married Henry Glass on October 30, 1937 in Flat. Henry and Ora moved to Waco in 1949 and, together with their children, built a business, H & B Contractors, Inc. She was prayerful, disciplined, optimistic, generous and firm but kind. She was a good sport with a competitive spirit. She was a gifted seamstress and a great cook, a successful business woman and a fine homemaker.
