Dan Lewis Mensch

Dan Lewis Mensch, 79, of Gatesville, passed away on Monday, October, 31, 2011 in Temple. Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at 1:00 PM at the King Cemetery with Rev. Wray Nunn officiating. Dan Mensch was born on November 26, 1931 to the late L.E. and Glen Galloway Mensch in The Grove, Texas. Dan joined the United States Army in 1952 and served until 1954. He married Ruby Creacy in 1955 and they lived in Gatesville all of their lives. Dan was an auto mechanic and loved to hunt coons and fish. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, George Mensch, Mildred Jo Mensch Thompson and Earlene Mensch Farris. Dan is survived by several nieces and nephews.
