Ray Floyd Stifflemire

Ray Floyd Stifflemire, age 55 of Proctor, passed away on Monday, March 19, 2012 at a Waco hospital. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, March 24, 2012 at the Coffey Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-7:00 P.M. on Friday at Scott’s Funeral Home. Ray was born in Dallas, Texas on December 31, 1956 to the late Charles Strubber Stifflemire and Louise Graves Stifflemire. He grew up and attended school in Jonesboro, Texas. Ray worked as a welder and in construction. He also owned and operated a Wrecker/Tire Service. He loved to hunt and fish. Ray was preceded in death by his parents, an infant sister Susie Ann Stifflemire, and a brother David Stifflemire. Ray is survived by his brothers, Charles Wayne Stifflemire and wife Ruth Ann, Glenn Stifflemire and wife Patty, Keith Stifflemire and wife Kathy, and Robert Stifflemire; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
