Joy Lavonne Klutts, age 40 of Gatesville, died Friday, September 14, 2012 in Waco, Texas. A memorial service is scheduled for 10:00 AM Monday, September 17, 2012 at Cornerstone Community Bible Church with Rev. Greg Demmitt officiating. Joy was born on February 23, 1972 in Midland, Texas to the late Howard Klutts and Rose Marie Roberts Klutts. She was raised in Gatesville and went to schools in Gatesville and Stephenville, graduating from Gatesville High School in 1990. She attended cosmetology school in Gatesville and worked in several different salons in Gatesville. She loved working at McDonalds the last part of her life and was a manager for the Gatesville McDonalds. The most important things in her life were her two boys, whom she loved very much. Joy was preceded in death by her mother, Rose Klutts in 2009; her father, Howard Klutts in 1978; step father, Ronald Hendrix in 2012 and her partner, Jose Aguilera in 2002. Survivors include her two sons, Joseph Aguilera and partner, Bianca Narviez and Christian Acosta; boyfriend, Chel DelaCruz; granddaughter, Cynthia Aguilera; brothers, Pete Green; Gene Klutts and wife Tammy; Ruben Hendrix and wife Kim and Skinner Klutts and wife Carla; sisters, Sissy Haupt; Rosemary DeChume and husband Booger; Duly Scalzo and husband Steve; Wanda Vega and husband Sam and Lorrie Klutts; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
