Eddie Joe Arnett Eddie Joe Arnett, age 70, of Evant, was called home to our Lord on October 6, 2012 at Hillside Manor in Gatesville. A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, November 3, 2012 at The Barn Church at 7344 E. US Hwy 36, 8 miles east of Hamilton. Time to be announced at a later date. Eddie Joe was born on April 4, 1942. He was raised in Hawley and Evant, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Millie and Buddy Arnett and four brothers, Alvis, Goss, Pete and Jessie Lee. Survivors include a cousin, Glyn Casey of Chino Valley, AZ, who was raised by the Arnett family and is like a brother to them.
