Dennis Byron Struempler October 27, 1954 – February 5, 2013 Dennis Byron Struempler, age 58 of Coryell City passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2013. Funeral services will be 2:00PM, Monday, February 11, 2013 at Saint John Lutheran Church in Coryell City with Rev. Thomas Beers officiating. Burial will follow at Saint John Lutheran Cemetery in Coryell City. Visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00PM, Sunday, February 10, 2013 at the funeral home. Dennis Byron Struempler was born in Clifton, Texas on October 27, 1954 to Vyron and Arnell Buth Struempler. He grew up and spent most of his life in Coryell City. He graduated from Gatesville High School in 1973. Dennis attended Tarleton State University, graduating with his first degree in Agriculture Science. He later went back to Tarleton and received a degree in Computer Science. He returned home after college to Coryell City where he lived and helped his parents work their farm. He worked at Data Point and Gulf States for several years and then worked for M & M Mars until his retirement. Dennis loved hunting, fishing, and spending time with the greatest joys in his life, his nephew and niece. He was preceded in death by his parents; paternal grandparents, Henry and Ella Struempler; and maternal grandparents, Otto and Matilda Buth. Dennis is survived by his sister, Robbie Lynch of Crawford; nephew, Stephen Lynch and girlfriend, Shelby Espinoza of Waco; niece Lisa Lynch of Crawford; aunt, Eloise Schraeder of Gatesville; a host of cousins; and his dog, Tarzan.
