Laura Allen Weaver Weatherford

Laura Allen Weaver Weatherford, age 81, of Gatesville passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2013. Memorial services will be 10:00a.m., Saturday, August 24, 2013 at Scott’s Funeral Home Chapel. Laura was born on August 27, 1931 in Jonesboro, Texas to the late Melvin and Ruby Holloway Weaver. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Weatherford; daughter, Pamela Weatherford; and parents, Melvin and Ruby Holloway Weaver. Laura is survived by her children, Vaughn and Marsha Weatherford and Travis and Susan Kitchens; grandchildren, Morgan and Brandon Goodwin, Kendra Weatherford, William Kitchens, and Nathaniel Kitchens; brothers and sisters, John Henry and Norma Weaver, Robert and Mary Lou Powell, Tom and Jane Potter, Tunk and Pat Weaver, and Rob Weaver.
