Patsy Brown

Patsy Brown, age 78, of McGregor passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2013. Funeral services will be 2:00p.m., Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Scott’s Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Restland Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00 – 2:00p.m., Saturday, September 21, 2013 at the funeral home. Patsy was born on June 11, 1935 in Spur, Texas to the late J. C. and Orie Warren Johnson. She grew up in the Roswell, New Mexico area. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Dexter, New Mexico. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Brown; and sons, William and Jeral Brown. Patsy is survived by her sons, Bobby Brown of Sulphur Springs, Tommy Brown of Marion, and Billy Brown, Jr. of Sulphur Springs; daughters, Caroline Youngblood of Moody, Patricia Steely of Ft. Morgan, CO, and Linda Sue Brown of McGregor; sister, Wanda McCraw of Tishomingo, OK; 19 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren.
