Danny Lynn Barrington

Danny Lynn Barrington, 55, passed away on Sunday, May 18, 2008 at his residence in Gatesville. Funeral Services will be at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at Scott’s Funeral Home Chapel with visitation an hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Masonic Cemetery. Danny was born on May 31, 1952 in Gatesville, Texas to Gerrell Wayne and Dorothy Clary Barrington. He was a mechanic, passionate about cars and loved to race them as well. Danny also had a love for animals and enjoyed raising Shelties. He was preceded in death by his father, Gerrell Barrington and a great niece, Bailey Foley. Danny is survived by his mother, Dorothy Barrington; brother, Billy Barrington and wife Donna of Keller; sister, Gerry Foley and husband Bob of Bryan; uncle, Billy Clary of Gatesville; aunts, Bobbie Ferrell of Gatesville, Gladys Taylor of Ft. Worth and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
