Henrietta Holden

Henrietta Holden, 67, of Gatesville passed away on Saturday, October 19, 2013 in Gatesville. Funeral Services will be at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at Scott’s Funeral Home with burial to follow at Restland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-7 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home. Henrietta Holden was born on November 30, 1945 in Gatesville, Texas to the late Herman and Christine Henson Key. She attended school in Gatesville and married Roy “Buck” Holden on August 2, 1961 in Gatesville. Henrietta was a homemaker and later worked 15 years in food service for Gatesville ISD. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who gave all her love and support to her family. Her smile and sense of humor will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband and 2 brothers. She is survived by her children, Roy E. Holden and wife Barbara, David Holden and wife Betty, Loraine Gamble and friend Gene Watson, Wayne Holden and wife Jessica; 2 sisters; 1 brother; 15 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
