Leslie David Lee, Sr.

A beloved member of our family, Leslie David Lee, 44, of Gatesville passed away to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 26 2013. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday November 1, 2013 at Jonesboro Baptist Church. Leslie was a consultant at PAC Houston Wood Group. He graduated from Jonesboro High School in 1988. He received an Associate’s Degree in Fine and Applied Arts from Brazosport College in 1994, where he was in the National Honors Society. Leslie worked 24 years in construction and maintenance support for oil field development. He was a loving father and enjoyed spending time with his son and teaching him good qualities. He was a generous, passionate man. He will be remembered for his laughter and his heart and he will forever be in ours. He was preceded in death by his younger brother, Samuel Gammon. Leslie is survived by his son, Leslie David Lee, Jr. of Gatesville; his parents, Norma Jean Dawson and William Lee; and his brothers, William Lee, Michael Lee, and Rodney Lee.
