Frances Wilson

Frances Wilson, age 82, of Gatesville passed away Monday, February 10, 2014. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 14, 2014 at Scott’s Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Pat Cole officiating. Burial will follow at Slater Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Thursday, February 13, 2014 at the funeral home Frances was born on September 28, 1931 in King, Texas to the late Howard and Mildred Dikes Holt. She married Joe Wilson on December 6, 1947. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Wilson; parents; and one sister. Frances is survived by her son, Mike Wilson; daughter, Joan Pearson and husband, Herman; brother, Marvin Harold (Bozy) Holt; four grandchildren, Jonathan Pearson, Christopher Wilson, Alicia Robinson, and Ben Wilson; and four great-grandchildren.
