Polly DeLeon

Polly DeLeon, age 64, of Hamilton passed away Friday, April 4, 2014.  Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 7, 2014 at Scott’s Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Wray Nunn.  Burial will follow at Restland Cemetery.  Visitation will be 4:00 – 6:00 p.m., Sunday, April 6, 2014 at the funeral home. Polly was born on April 15, 1949 in Coryell County, Texas to Herman and Christin Henson Key.  She began working at the age of 13.  She worked for numerous nursing homes in the area.  Polly was baptized in January 2014.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a great provider.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Christin Key; sister, Henrietta Holden; and brothers, Tommy Key and Willard Key.Polly is survived by her husband, Albert DeLeon; sons, Rickey Stanfield and wife, Cindy, Darrell Stanfield, Allen Millsap and wife, Jeanettea, Kelly Millsap and wife, Jessica; step-children, Michael, Christine and Joey; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Clara Mae Lawson; and brother, Sam Bird.
