Curtis Lam

Curtis Lam, age 29, of Nolanville passed away, Saturday, April 12, 2014. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at Scott’s Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Kurt Fuessel officiating. Burial will follow at Greenbriar Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Monday, April 14, 2014 at the funeral home.Curtis was born on February 17, 1985 in Bryan, Texas to James Milton Lam and Suzanne Renee Holt. He attended school in Jonesboro, graduating from Jonesboro High School in 2003. He worked with his dad framing for numerous years, and then began working in the oil fields in 2008. He married Erica Brown on May 1, 2010. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was a hard worker that loved his job. Most of all, he loved his family.He is survived by his wife, Erica Lam; father, Jim Lam and wife, Carla; mother, Suzanne Laird, and husband, Garland; sons, Lane, Cody, and Arron Dossey; brothers, Kyle Patterson and wife, Mallory and Preston Patterson; step-sister, Makayla Brown; grandparents, Jack and Lavelle Lam and Bozy and Joyce Holt; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
