Patti Winters Suksi

Patti Winters Suksi, 55, passed away peacefully with her husband by her side on Friday, April 25, 2014 at their home in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 3, 2014 at White Mound Baptist Church with burial following at Mound Cemetery.Patti was born on November 29, 1958 in Gatesville to Margaret Winters and the late Edward Winters. She graduated in 1977 from Gatesville High School. She and Pauly were married for 20 years.Patti’s greatest attributes were her ability to love everyone equally and unconditionally and her generosity towards her family and friends. She had a high disregard for one’s net worth and valued one’s good heart instead. Her greatest gift was her ability to see humor in everything that happened and to create laughter wherever she went. She had a free spirit that will remain a legend in its time.Patti is survived by her husband, Paul Suksi; five step-children; and five step-grandchildren.Patti is also survived by her mother, Margaret Winters, of Gatesville; two brothers, Mike Winters of Gatesville and Phillip Winters of Gatesville; one sister, Carla Braziel of Saginaw; and five nieces and nephews.
