Mary Alverta Ross

Mary Alverta Ross, age 76, of Gatesville passed away Thursday, May 1, 2014. Memorial services will be 3:00 p.m., Sunday, May 4, 2014 at Cornerstone Church, 338 State School Rd. in Gatesville.Mary was born on March 10, 1938 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late LeRoy and Goldie Wolfe Deal. She married Robert L. Ross in 1953. She resided in Gatesville since 1975 and was a homemaker. Mary attended First United Methodist Church.She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Ross in 1982.Mary is survived by her sister, Jean Howell of Gatesville.
