Sara Nolene Kjos

Sara Nolene Kjos, 72, passed away on August 20, 2008 in Irving, Texas. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, August 25, 2008 at the Gatesville City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM on Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Kjos was born on January 6, 1936 in Gatesville to the late Byrd Monroe Gribble and Sara Magnolia Hinsley Gribble. She graduated from Moody High School in 1954 and spent the last 30 years in Irving, Texas. She is the youngest of 8 siblings. She was preceded in death by her husband Orin Kjos and 4 siblings. She is survived by her children, Thomas Ludwig of Irving, Shirley Whitefield and husband Michael of League City, John Ludwig of Rosharon; sister, Avis Newman of San Antonio; brothers, Virgil Gribble of Gatesville, Stanley Gribble of Killeen; 3 grandchildren, Kevin Mark, Brittney Nichole, Tristin Michelle and a great granddaughter, Camyrn.
