Carolyn Fay Waller

Carolyn Fay Waller, age 64, of Gatesville passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2014. Visitation will be 9:00 – 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at Scott’s Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at Seaton Cemetery in Leon Junction with the Rev. Randy Holtzclaw officiating. Carolyn was born on May 9, 1950 in Leon Junction, Texas to the late Willard and Katherine Johnson Hancock. She grew up in Leon Junction. She was a Catholic. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Monroe Waller; brother, Floyd T. Hancock; and sister, Annetta Sue Tolliver. Carolyn is survived by her husband, William Waller of Gatesville; son, Joe Smischney of Gatesville; daughters, Kiva Green of Kerrville, Cheryl Waller of Gatesville, Cindy Ravenscroft of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Tina Church of Colorado; and 17 grandchildren.
