Doris Culp Cottongame

Doris Culp Cottongame, age 87, of Waco passed away Friday, August 15, 2014. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, August 18, 2014 at Pidcoke Cemetery. Doris was born on February 25, 1927 in Harman, Texas to Will Ingram and Laura Loggins Ingram. She attended school in Harman, and later attended Clifton Junior College. She moved to Waco in 1969 and worked at Hillcrest Hospital for 26 years in labor and delivery. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and North Waco Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Les Cottongame; and sister, Bonnie Cook. Doris is survived by her sisters, Ruth Sevier, and Mattie Ward; and many nieces and nephews.
