Bruno "Jesse" Bustamante, Sr.

Bruno “Jesse” Bustamante, Sr., age 61, of Evant passed away Thursday, November 20, 2014 in Hamilton. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 24, 2014 at Murphree Cemetery in Evant. A Prayer Service will be held on Sunday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. followed by visitation until 6:00 p.m. at Scott’s Funeral Home in Gatesville. Jesse was born on October 6, 1953 in Mexico to Regino Bustamante and Francisca Garcia. He married Antonia De La Paz in July of 1980. Jesse was a rancher and he loved spending time with his family. He especially enjoyed his grandchildren, loving them and teaching them everything he knew. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Patricia Bustamante. Jesse is survived by his wife, Antonia Bustamante; son, Bruno Bustamante, Jr.; daughters, Ayde Bustamante and Mirsa Bustamante; grandson, Joseph Wade Bustamante; granddaughter, Emma Grayce Doyle; sister, Aurora Bustamante; and brothers, Antonio Bustamante, Elpidio Bustamante, and Ligorio Bustamante.
