Florhea Dossey Wright

Florhea Dossey Wright, age 87, of San Antonio passed away Thursday, April 2, 2015 after a short illness. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, April 6, 2015 at Restland Cemetery. Florhea was born on November 17, 1927. She lived in Galveston, Texas for over 50 years and was a founding member of West End Baptist Church where she served as church clerk, treasurer, and Sunday school teacher. She married Burt Wright in 1955, and they were married 50 years. She loved to sing country gospel songs in church and volunteer in local nursing homes. She enjoyed oil painting, dancing, and bowling. She was preceded in death by her husband, Burt Wright. Florhea is survived by her daughter, Regina Bigler and her husband, C. Robert Bigler; granddaughter, Jenny Wages and her husband, Randy Wages; grandson, Brian Bigler; two great-grandchildren, Masen Wages and Casie Wages; as well as loving nieces and nephews.
