Brandi Michelle Buckley

Brandi Michelle Buckley, age 38, of Gatesville passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2015. A private celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Brandi was born on May 7, 1976 in Amarillo, Texas to Paul Buckley and Kim Baldwin Buckley. She attended school in Copperas Cove, graduating from Copperas Cove High School in 1993. She was the Captain of the Copperettes and a cheerleader during high school. She loved to write stories and poetry, as well as paint and read. She was a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, T. J. and Evelyn Buckley. Brandi is survived by her sons, Colton Buckley of Gatesville and Weston Walker of Lampasas; daughter, Madelyn Walker of Lampasas; stepson, James Walker of Lampasas; parents, Paul and Kim Buckley of Gatesville; brother, David Buckley and Trisha Brown of Fort Hood; sister, Paula Morgan of Wichita Falls; grandchild, Jaxon Walker; grandparents, Flo and Darrell Baldwin of Amarillo; former husband and best friend, Jason Walker of Lampasas; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
