Marion Elaine Hoggett

Marion Elaine Hoggett, age 69, of Rising Star passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 3, 2015 at Reed’s Lake Cemetery in Rogers, Texas. Marion was born on March 16, 1946 in Temple, Texas to the late Charles Ralston and Mildred King Ralston. She attended school in Belton. She married Jerry Hoggett in 1975. They lived in Gatesville for many years, and then moved to Rising Star. Marion loved to read and play cards. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, David Strahm; one sister; and one brother. Marion is survived by her husband, Jerry Hoggett; son, Joe Strahm and wife, Anne; daughter, Cynthia Hoggett and husband, Charles; sister, Susan Feldman; brother, Danny Ralston; numerous grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
