Mary Cook

Mary Cook, age 86, of Gatesville passed away Thursday, July 9, 2015. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, July 11, 2015 at Pearl Cemetery. Mary was born on March 16, 1929 in Kokomo, Indiana to the late Arthur and Lelia Gilson O’Blenis. She attended school in Kokomo, Indiana. She married Ernest Cook in 1965. They lived in the King community following their retirement. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Cook; and daughter, Maureen Jackson. Mary is survived by her daughter, Sandra Carswell and husband, Jeff of Pearl; and five grandchildren, John Patrick Carswell and wife, Jennifer, Joshua Carswell and wife, Michele, Amanda Gill and husband, Jay, Adam Jackson, and Tamara Gilbert; four great grandchildren, Ava, Jude, Amy Kay and Jake.
