Rebecca Dawn Perryman

Rebecca Dawn Perryman, age 54, of Purmela passed away at home on Tuesday, July 14, 2015. Funeral Services will be at 3:00 PM on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at Boots and Saddle Cowboy Church, 8727 West Hwy 84 outside of Gatesville. Visitation will be from 5-7 PM on Friday at Scott’s Funeral Home in Gatesville. Rebecca was born on June 9, 1961 in Weatherford, TX to the late John and Jatha Hutcheson. She graduated from Stephenville High School in 1979 and attended Tarleton State University. Rebecca married Michael Wayne Perryman on March 14, 1981 in Bluff Dale, TX. They later settled in Purmela on the Perryman Family Farm. Rebecca worked at HEB in Gatesville for many years and was a mainstay and constant supporter at Evant ISD. She will be remembered for her laughter, her easy going nature as well as her love for quilting, canning and making jelly. This was only second to her love for her family but especially her children and grandchildren. Rebecca was a longtime member of Boots and Saddle Cowboy Church. Rebecca is survived by her husband, Michael Wayne Perryman; daughter, Cynthia Dawn Lopez and husband, Francisco; son, Michael Dylan Perryman; brothers, Jim Hutcheson, Clifford Hutcheson; sister, Kathi Bales; and grandchildren, William and Xandra Lopez.
