MSGT Donald Keith Hodge, US Air Force, retired

Donald K. Hodge, 77, of Dale, Texas passed away in Austin on Thursday, August 27, 2015. Graveside Services will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at Restland Cemetery with military honors. Visitation will be before the service from 10 AM to Noon at Scott’s Funeral Home. Donald was born on February 4, 1938 to the late Cecil and Ardis Cummings Hodge in Mound, Texas. He attended school in Gatesville graduating in 1956. After high school he attended Baylor University before joining the United States Air Force in 1960 and served for 20 years. He then began his second career in Austin working for Motorola. He married Margaret Mobley on June 21, 1961. Donald was preceded in death by his parents; and his son, Vincent Hodge. Donald is survived by his wife, Margaret Hodge; son, Gary Mensch and wife, Charlotte; daughter, Shari Langridge; 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
