Hazel Gilmore

Hazel Gilmore, age 72, of Gatesville passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2015. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Scott’s Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Levita Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Hazel was born on September 14, 1943 in Rome, New York to the late Glenard Drake and Marguerite Kerber Drake. She grew up and attended school in Rome, New York. She married Ovide Gilmore on May 31, 2008. She was a member of The Barn Church in Hamilton County. She is survived by her husband, Ovide Gilmore; children, Robert Salisbury, Jr., Marjorie Salisbury, David Salisbury, Janet Salisbury, Brian Salisbury, Ruth Salisbury, and Amanda Gilmore; 30 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters, Helen Conover, Geraldine Fragetta, Carol Mothershed, Janis Murphy, and Wendy Chriss; brothers, Glenard Drake, Alfred Drake, Joseph Drake, Phillip Drake, Bobby Lewis; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
