Debbie Lane Humphrey

Debbie Lane Humphrey, 49 of Gatesville, passed away on Friday, May 8, 2009 at a Temple hospital. Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Sunday, May 10, 2009 at Restland Cemetery with Rev. Tim Crosby officiating. The family will receive visitors from 4-6:00 P.M. on Saturday at Scott’s Funeral Home. Debbie was born on November 29, 1959 in Fort Sumner, NM to the late Miles Dennis and Neallie Lawhen Walker. Debbie has lived in the Gatesville Community since 1999. She married Bob Humphrey on October 31, 1980 in Roswell, NM. She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Jerry Walker; and three sisters, Sherry Kirk, Theda L. Walker, and Lillie Greer. Debbie survived by her husband, Bob Humphrey of Gatesville; daughters, Heather Barnes and Ella Coalston, both of Gatesville; one son, Waylon Humphrey of Gatesville; a brother, Bobby D. Walker of Lafayette, LA; a sister, Pamela J. Walker of Lafayette, LA; 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
