Barbara Watts

Barbara Watts, age 68, of Gatesville passed away Saturday, April 30, 2016. Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Scott’s Funeral Home. Barbara was born on November 26, 1947 in Coryell County, Texas to the late Jeff Warren and Oma White Warren. She attended school in Gatesville and Turnersville, graduating from Turnersville High School in 1965. She worked for U.S. Civil Service for over 20 years before retiring in 2006. Barbara enjoyed gardening, fishing, and sewing. Her great passion in life was her grandchildren whom she adored. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Jimmy Warren and Ausborne Warren; and sisters, Evelyn Neel, Sandra Watts, Eva Joe Teat, and Carolyn Warren. Barbara is survived by her sister, Dixie Neel; special niece, JoAnn Lujann; brother, Richard Warren; children, Neel Watts, Nikole Key and husband, Curtis; grandchildren, Corey Key and wife, Codie, Matthew Key, Scout Key, Gracie Key, and Aston Watts; and great-grandchildren, Kyanne Key, Kambry Key, and Kannon Key.
