Owen Frank Jones

Owen Frank Jones, age 61, of Gatesville passed away Thursday, June 2, 2016. Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 10, 2016 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2308 N. Valley Mills Dr. in Waco with Les Nokes officiating. Frank was born a triplet on May 16, 1955 in Alameda, California to the late John Owen Jones and Donna Vera Ladd Jones. He grew up in Oklahoma where he attended school and college. He married Darlene Thurmond on November 8, 1986 in McGregor, Texas. Frank retired from Smead Manufacturing in McGregor after 16 years of service. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Waco. He was preceded in death by his parents; and triplet brother, Orrie George Jones. Frank is survived by his wife, Darlene Jones; sisters, Stella Hall and Laura Tanner; triplet brother, Orin William Jones; brother, John O. Jones; cousins, Jim and Connie Jackson; and many other relatives.
