Dylan Cole Blanchard

Dylan Cole Blanchard, age 31 of Cypress, passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2016 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at Coryell Community Church, 115 N. Levita Rd., Gatesville, Texas, with Rev. Matt Dossey officiating. Visitation with the family will be immediately following the service at the church. Private interment will be at Weaver Chapel Cemetery. Dylan was born on August 20, 1984 in Gatesville. He graduated from Gatesville High School in 2003. He graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2010. He married Tara Lowe on November 12, 2010. They resided in College Station, moving to Cypress in 2013. He has worked for Stewart Tubular Products in Houston, since July 2013. He was a “diehard” Aggie Football and Dallas Cowboy fan. He is survived by his wife, Tara Blanchard; children, Brooklyn, Beckett and Myla; parents, Ray and Patty Blanchard; brother, Logan Blanchard and wife, Jessica; mother-in-law, Michelle Lowe; father-in-law, Michael Lowe; brother-in-law, Josh Lowe and fiancé, Allie Cowan; best friend-in-law, Jessica Szladewski; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Memorials may be made to ACPMP Research Foundation, at ACPMP.org, a research foundation, dedicated to funding research to find a cure for appendix cancer.
