Harold Maurice Wolf

Harold Maurice Wolf, age 84, of Gatesville passed away Sunday, October 30, 2016. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, November 3, 2016 at Scott’s Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Jim Hall officiating. Burial will follow 12:00 Noon at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen. Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at the funeral home. Harold was born on September 6, 1932 in Purmela, Texas to the late Simon A. Wolf and Vera V. Flatt Wolf. He attended Gatesville High School, graduating in 1951. He served in the US Army in the Korean War. He married Myrna Espinosa on July 27, 1985. He worked at DOW Chemical, oil fields in Libya and the Philippines, as well as retiring from T.D.C.J. in 1999. He was preceded in death by his parents; infant son, James A. Wolf; and sister, Margaret A. White Harold is survived by his wife, Myrna Wolf; daughters, Maria Wolf and Harriet S. Leininger and husband, Roy; sons, Albert M. Wolf and wife, Jennifer, Harold N. Wolf and wife, Josie, and Ronald B. Wolf and wife, Lynne; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
