Brian Hennig

Brian Dale Hennig, age 65 of Gatesville, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2016 in Gatesville. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, 2016 at Scott’s Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Kurt Fuessel officiating. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at St. Paul Memorial Cemetery in Crawford. Brian was born on Aug. 21, 1951 in Waco, to the late Leo and Norma Trojan Hennig. He grew up and went to school in McGregor. He worked for Pepsi-Cola for several years and retired from Smead Manufacturing in McGregor after 24 years of service in 2003. He has resided in Gatesville since 1974. He was a member of Gateway Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Marquita Schnaufer. He is survived by his four daughters, Julie Harralson and husband, Jim; Melissa Manning; Sheri Barton and husband, Jason; Adrienne Gaona and husband, Jacob; brother, David Hennig and wife, Pam; and nine grandchildren, Brittany, Jace, Payten, Madison, Tyler, Hunter, Ryleigh, Grayson and Kailey.
