Peggy Ann Davis

Peggy Ann Davis, age 78, of Humble, Texas passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2017. Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 26, 2017 at Scott’s Funeral Home in Gatesville. Peggy was born on March 13, 1939 in Oil City, Louisiana to the late Jesse Wisinger and Belle Saunders. She married Alfred Fritsche and had two sons, Gregory and Timothy. Later she divorced and remarried Joe Davis on November 1, 1993. Her fondest memories were with Joe in Gatesville and summers with her grandchildren. Peggy was an active member of the community and enjoyed carpentry. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe W. Davis, in 2004. Peggy is survived by her sons, Gregory Fritsche and Timothy Fritsche; grandchildren, Blaine Fritsche, Shelby Fritsche Castro, Travis Fritsche, and Austin Fritsche; and great-grandchild, Ezra Leon Castro who was born March 23, 2017. God sent Peggy to rest in peace in His Glory while bringing into life her first great grand-child just days after Peggy was given her wings.
