Troy Whitley, age 93 of Waco, passed away on Monday, May 8, 2017 in Waco. Private family services will be held at the Turnersville Cemetery. He is survived by his daughters, Donna Owens of Waco, Nelda J. Smith of China Spring; son, Phillip Whitley of Crawford; sister, Patty Courtney of Jonesboro; brother, Hoyte Whitley of Florida; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
