Johnnie Mae Yates

Johnnie Mae Yates, 84, of Gatesville, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, September 16, 2009. No services are scheduled at this time. Johnnie was born September 28, 1924 in Cameron, Texas. She was the daughter of J. H. Davis and Lula Mae Williams Davis. Johnnie was a member of Sweet Home Baptist church. She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, Freeda B. Blackwell, Naomi Davis, and Jessie Mae Lewis and one brother Williams I. Davis. Johnnie leaves to mourn her death a devoted Step Niece, Mable Blackwell Pleasant and niece Vera Metoyer.
