Patricia Louise Knight

Patricia Louise Knight, age 85, of Gatesville, passed away Friday, January 12, 2018. A private family service will be held at a later date. Patricia was born on January 27, 1932 in Naturita, Colorado to the late Herman Joseph Black and Ethel Bell Grimes Black. She worked in Oregon, New Mexico, and Lubbock and Temple, Texas as a LVN for over 21 years. She also worked at Wal-Mart for many years. She was a member of the Landmark Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles Knight; brothers, Clayton Joseph Black and Keith Black; and grandson, Michael Lee Patterson. Patricia is survived by her children, Victoria Adell Patterson, Joyce Loudelle Patterson both of Waco, and Odell Kenneth Patterson of Turnersville; sister, Phyllis of Plano; eight grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
