Reba Nell Key

Reba Nell Key, age 66, of Gatesville, passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2009. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, November 16, 2009 at Scott’s Funeral Home. Reba Nell was born on August 9, 1943 in Paducah, TX to the late Leonard and Hazel Steed Ritchie. She attended school in Oglesby and Gatesville. She married Robert Key on February 24, 1962. He preceded her in death. Reba Nell loved to crochet and make quilts. She also enjoyed gardening and had quite a green thumb. She was generous, loving and kind to all the children in her life. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a brother, James Ritchie, and two sisters, Louise Coen, and Geraldine Ritchie. She is survived by a stepdaughter, Sue Fairchild; sisters, Norma Cromer, Shirley Hawk, Wanda Ritchie, Fay Ritchie, and Loretta Featherston; brothers, Larry Ritchie, Jr., Sam Ritchie, and Johnny Ritchie; many nieces and nephews and friends.
