Sharon I. Greer

Sharon I. Greer, age 63, of Gatesville, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Sunday, February 11, 2018. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Sharon was born on September 6, 1954 to Harold Dwane Clark and Minnie Irene Wright. She attended Ceres High School in Ceres, California. She loved life, loved everyone, and had a contagious smile. Sharon was employed as a caregiver of the elderly, a school cook in Red Oak, Texas, and then the Kitchen Manager at Gatesville Senior Center. She gave 110% of herself regardless of what she was doing. Sharon enjoyed teaching Sunday school class to little children throughout the years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Minnie Clark; and loving and wonderful husband of 36 years, Daniel (Danny) B. Greer Sharon is survived by her sister, Darlene L. Paul and husband, Jerry, of Keyes, CA; god-daughter, Kristi Garman and husband, Donnie Bailey of Whitney, TX; grandsons, Jacob Thompson and River Bailey; and an abundance of friends whom she loved very much. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
