William Arthur Grimsley Jr.

Will Grimsley, age 27, passed away Friday, February 16, 2018. The family will accept visitors as they gather to celebrate Will’s life on Thursday, February 22, 2018 from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. at 208 Kathy Street, Gatesville. Will was born on June 27, 1990 in Anniston, AL, to Bill and Jean Grimsley. He attended school in Colorado and graduated from Chatfield High School. Will obtained his bachelor’s degree in Forestry from Colorado State University. After college, Will went on to work as an arborist at the Denver Zoo. In his spare time, Will enjoyed snowboarding, hiking, mountain climbing, and exploring the Rocky Mountains. Will is survived by his parents, Bill and Jean; sister, Jennifer Sanderson and husband, Yancey; brothers, Dakin Grimsley and wife, Toni of San Antonio, Corey Grimsley and Rob Dubeau of Baltimore, MD; nieces, Taylor and Payton Sanderson, and Elena and Julia Grimsley; aunts and uncles, Kevin and Sue Corey, George and Wanda, Richard and Pat, Steve and Irma Grimsley.
