Beverly Lynn Marlin Wiedemann, age 48, of Hickory Creek, TX, passed away on Thursday, February 25, 2010 . Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, February, 27, 2010 at Scott’s Funeral Home with Loyd Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Restland Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 6-8:00 P.M. on Friday and from 9-11:00 A.M. on Saturday at the funeral home. Beverly was born May 4, 1961 in Fort Worth, Texas to Doloma and Billy Marlin. Her first three years of school were in Gatesville, Texas. Remainder of her schooling was in Euless, Texas where she graduated from Euless Trinity High School In 1979. She had a son, Jason Thomas who was born July 6, 1988. She returned to Gatesville in about 1988. She graduated from Central Texas School of Nursing as an LVN in 1993. She was then employed as a nurse at Texas Department of Criminal Justice and numerous other nursing jobs in the area. She moved to Fort Worth area in 1999 and continued her nursing profession. She married Keith Wiedemann on March 11, 2007. She was employed as a nurse for Grace Hospice for five years and currently employed at Hospice Plus in Dallas, Texas. Beverly had a gift of taking care of others. She loved the nursing profession and always thought of others before herself. She had a kind heart and gentle nature. She was baptized as a young girl at the Cheeks Sparger Church of Christ in Euless, Texas. In her nursing profession she was doing the Lord's work in making sure the sick and dying receive the very best of care and loving compassion. She was preceded in death by her mother, Doloma Bloodworth; brother, Craig Marlin; grandparents, Jack and Bonnie Chappell and James Forest and Dola Nell Bloodworth. She is survived by her husband, Keith Wiedemann; son, Jason Thomas; brothers, Monty Marlin, Kyle Bloodworth and wife Regina; and father, Forest Bloodworth and wife Lupe; and many other family and friends.
