Annie Lou Harden

Annie Lou Harden, age 95, of Gatesville, passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2010. Funeral Services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, July 17, 2010 at Scott’s Funeral Home with Rev.’s Mike and Martha Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 6-8:00 P.M. on Friday at the funeral home. Annie was born on May 20, 1915 in South Miami, Florida to the late Raleigh and Mamie Mitchell Smith. She married George H. Harden. She worked as a house keeper. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband George, and a son, Raleigh Lee Harden, Sr. She is survived by a daughter in law, Sandra Harden; grandchildren, Debbie Blackwell of New Jersey, Todd Harden of Temple, Sharon Harden of Florida, Raleigh Harden, Jr. of Missouri, Shirley Harden Brown of Gatesville, Lawanna Rayford, Carlisa Hines, Jeraldlyn Austin, Michael Sykes, and Noey Watson; great grandchildren, Misti Maag and Annissa Consentino. She is also survived by James Adam who she considered a special son.
