Archie Ronald Crozier Jr.

Archie Ronald Crozier Jr., age 78 of Gatesville, passed away on the evening of October 1, 2021.

Memorial services were held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 307 S 26th St, Gatesville, TX 76528 with Branch President Dave Rushton officiating.

Archie was born on April 10, 1943 in Des Moines, Iowa to the late Archie Robert and Rose Ethyl Syverson Crozier. He grew up and attended school at Bend High School in Bend, Oregon. 

Archie obtained Journeyman Electrician status with the IBEW. He loved working on PLC challenges and troubleshooting electrical issues. He loved the outdoors! He was very active in Scouting and was instrumental in assisting many youths in completing with their Eagle Projects. He was active in the Hunter Safety Program and was certified as an instructor, where he taught for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Daniel Lee Crozier and sister, Sandra Joann Archery.

Archie is survived by his wife of 53 years, Dianne Crozier; brother, Robert Crozier; sisters, Brenda Converse and Crystal Barros; sons, Archie Crozier, Daniel Crozier, Micah Crozier, Tyrell Crozier, and Logan Crozier; daughters, Aimee D’Hondt and Lacey Davis, 27 living grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
