Beverly Hall, age 67 of Gatesville, passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022 in Gatesville.
Beverly requested that no memorial services be held.
Beverly was born on August 30, 1954 in Chicago, Illinois. She went to school in Chicago, moving to Waco as a teenager and graduated from Richfield High School in Waco in 1972. She received an associate degree from McLennan Community College. She was a licensed chemical dependency counselor, working for Gateway Foundation and retired from Management and Training Corporation at the Crain Unit, Substance Abuse Hackberry Facility. She counseled numerous women over her career to a life of recovery. She attended First Baptist Church in Waco. She was an avid reader of “True Crime” and was an enthusiastic fan and supporter of the Lady Baylor Bear Basketball Team.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Jeanne Hickox Hall in 1991 and father, Glynn Hall in 2018.
Beverly is survived by her daughter, Kyra Hall of Princeton, Texas; granddaughter, Mya Hall; brothers, Gary Hall of Waco, Ken Hall and wife, Karen of Waco; nieces and nephews, June, Mindy, Evan, Ashli, Koby. She was fortunate in the words of Kyra, to have dear loving friends Misty, and Richard Diserens.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Coryell County Pet Rescue, 2217 E. Main Street, Gatesville, TX 76528.
