Chandler Ian Hazen Jr.

Our precious little angel, Chandler Ian Hazen, Jr (“Junior”), beloved son of Chandler and Hope Kellerman Hazen of Gatesville, Texas, went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 24, 2023.

“It is with heavy hearts we say goodbye to our precious baby boy. Some people only dream of angels, we held one in our arms. He was a precious gift from God that will be emblazoned in our hearts forever.”

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his big sister, Aubrey Kellerman; paternal grandparents, Jay and Trena Hazen; maternal grandparents, Jim and Denise Kleshick and Bill Kellerman; great-parents, Jan and Chris Farrar, DeWayne and Carla Dean, Evelyn Fuller, Anne Lou Richard, Pat Best; uncles and aunts Deckard and Kaytlin Kellerman, Keldon Kellerman, Trent and Alisha Romaine, John and Cayli; and numerous great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Stacy Hazen; great-grandparents, Wayne Best; Ardenna Best; Herman Richard, and Fred and Dorothy Kellerman.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at Scott’s Funeral Home in Gatesville, with Rev. Tim Crosby officiating.
