Eula Esteen Wagner

Eula Wagner, age 88 of Austin, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 8, 2024.  

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 13, 2024 at Flint Creek Cemetery with Pastor Bob Phillips officiating. 

Eula Esteen Wagner was born on January 14, 1936 to the late Winford Otto and Oma Scott Wolff in rural Coryell County.  She attended school and graduated from Flat High School.  After graduation, she worked for several insurance companies in the Waco area before pursuing a career with the Texas State Insurance Commission in Austin, Texas.  She excelled within the agency and after a long and successful career, eventually retired.

Eula was preceded in death by her parents.  She is survived by her husband, Elmo Wagner of 68 years; brother Winford Wolff and wife, Mary; nephew, Win Wolff and wife, Evelyn, and their daughter Shan.
