Faith C. Barcroft

Faith Christine Barcroft age 39 of Gatesville, passed away surrounded by her loved ones on Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at her home.  A celebration of her life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 25, 2019 at Scott’s Funeral Home Chapel, with The Rev. Dr. Buddy Wheat officiating. Faith was born in Landstuhl, Germany at a military hospital on January 7, 1980 to Frances and David Henshoher. She spent many years traveling due to her father’s career in the Army before starting school in Gatesville in 1993.  Faith graduated GHS in 1998 and attended Central Texas College.  She married her high school sweetheart Jack Barcroft on November 25, 2000. She dedicated her life to raising her children and supporting her husband’s various engagements.  She loved supporting her children’s school and sports activities as well as spending quality time with friends and family.  Faith was adventurous and had a welcoming, generous spirit. She brought her friends and family together and always put their wellbeing above her own.  She found joy in gardening and crafting gifts for her friends over the years. She was a member of The Presbyterian Church of Gatesville.    She was preceded in death by her father, David Henshoher. Faith is survived by her mother Frances Henshoher; husband Jack Barcroft; children, Aubrey and Megan Barcroft; and brother Luke Henshoher and wife, Lori.   Memorials may be made to The Big Sting, 307 River Place West, Gatesville, TX 76528.
