Ingeborg "Oma" Wells

Ingeborg “Oma” Wells, age 84 of Flat, passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022 in Gatesville.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Post Oak Cemetery in Oglesby, with Carlos Webb officiating.

Oma was born on April 6, 1937 in Germany.  She married Donald Wells in 1970 in Germany, moving to Killeen in 1973.  They moved to Gatesville in 1976, where she worked at Wall’s Manufacturing for 20 years, retiring in 1999.  She enjoyed sewing, crocheting and cooking and spending time with her family.

She is survived by a daughter, Susie Russell and husband, David of Flat; Ray Wells and wife, Melissa of Oglesby, Harry Stadelmaier of Germany; six grandchildren, Kyle Wells and wife, Justus of Oklahoma, Christian Daniel of Germany, Jessica Yoes and husband, Billy of Flat, Armin Daniel of Germany, Sarah Floyd and husband, John of Flat, Clint Russell of Flat; and five great grandchildren.
