Jerry Don Finkenbinder

Jerry Don Finkenbinder, age 78 of Moody, Texas passed away the afternoon of January 10, 2021 in Austin, Texas. No services will be held. Jerry was born April 5, 1942 in McGregor, Texas. He served in the Navy as a cook on several ships over his 20 years of service. He joined the Navy in 1960 and his last service date was Subase, Pearl Harbor Hawaii 1979-1980. After retiring he enjoyed getting back to his roots living in Moody, Texas. He loved being outdoors with nature working with his land and all his animals. He was known as PawPaw by family and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife of 58 years: Ellen Louise Finkenbinder and his son: Wayne Edward Finkenbinder. Jerry Don is survived by his immediate family son: Thomas J. Finkenbinder. grandson’s: Chris, Adam, Jeremy and Daniel Finkenbinder and granddaughter: Lindy Rajut Finkenbinder.
