Lydia "Mi-Mi" Wochnik passed from this world leaving behind a legacy of warmth, hospitality, and enduring love. As the eldest of ten children, she learned early the art of nurturing others – a gift she would share generously throughout her life.

Her first marriage to Nathan Haines, who preceded her in death, blessed her with two beautiful daughters: Teresa her steadfast companion, who survives her, and Brenda, who passed before her. Her second marriage to Stan Wochnik (deceased) brought Linda into her life as a cherished stepdaughter.

Mi-Mi's home was more than just a house – it was a sanctuary of fellowship and joy where family and friends would gather, drawn by her legendary hospitality and incomparable potato pancakes. A talented cosmetologist, she maintained an unfailing dedication to personal elegance, never missing a hair appointment even during busy days working on the ranch. Her attention to beauty, both inner and outer, was a hallmark of her character. Those who knew Mi-Mi will remember her as a beacon of grace whose life exemplified love and compassion. Her beautiful spirit touched countless lives, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Lydia is preceded in death her parents Fred and Felice; second husband, Stan (d. 1989); first husband, Nathan (d. 1962); daughter Brenda; and siblings, Willie, Dorothy, and Maedell.

Lydia is survived by her daughter, Teresa and her children Shari and significant other Larry, Leslie and wife Gelis, and Paige and husband Cameron; step-daughter Linda; great-grandchildren, Matthew and wife, Shay, Rebecca and significant other, Marcus, Jaiden, Harley, Amaya, Thor, Cameron, Ava, and Cason; great great-grandchildren, Rylee and Mattie; siblings Shirley, Dennis, Fred, Billie, Iris and Linda, as well as many nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
